Rules and Regulations

The following procedures are in place to ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable experience at Bonus Golf.

·  Payment is due upon reserving for hourly, parties and memberships. 

·  Bring your own clubs. Please make sure clubfaces and grooves are clean. We have     a limited number of club rentals available.

· Golf balls and molded tees will be provided in the simulators.

· Please make sure you have a clean pair of shoes. Dirty or wet shoes will not be permitted inside the simulators.

· Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in.

· Ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

· Make sure you and your guests have completed a waiver prior to playing. They are available on Court Reserve when you create an account or paper copies are available at the desk.

· No food or drinks are allowed inside the simulator bays or at the computer desks at any time. Please keep all food and drinks on the tables while you are hitting. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased on-site and vaping/smoking are prohibited in the facility. 

· Only one person should be in the simulator at one time, unless you are with an instructor. 

· Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. If you aren’t sure, please ask.

· Report any accidents immediately.

· No swinging clubs outside of the simulator.

· Before you swing, please check your surroundings to ensure no person or obstacles are in your range of swing. 

· Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times.

· Your shot must be directed towards the screen.

· If not in the simulator, be alert and pay attention at all times. Please be aware that balls can periodically exit the bays. Stay out of swinging range of each player.

· All parents or legal guardians with children are responsible for enforcing the rules. Bonus Golf is not responsible for monitoring underage children.

· We would love for you to be able to finish your “last hole”, but if another group is booked after you, we will transition the simulator to the next group promptly at the end of your booking time.

· Please collect your belongings and clean up your area prior to exiting. Please throw away your garbage and return buckets to the bar.

· Payment is due upon reservation, if you happen to have an adjustment such as adding time, make sure your bill has been paid prior to leaving the facility. 

· Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves and their guests. 

· Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

· Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation and prohibit future bookings.
